Clinical Test Expectation – Ovagen – Human Subjects : Assists with treatment of PCOS. Treatment of infertility in women and infertility in men. Mimicks the action of the female hormone estrogen and supports the formation, development and release of 1 or more eggs from ovary. Increases production of Gonadotropins and causes the ovaries to release 1 or more eggs for fertilization.

Introduction
Ovagen is a peptide used to treat female infertility (inability of women to get pregnant). It works by increasing the release of certain hormones (the body’s chemical messengers), which help in inducing ovulation (egg production) in women.Ovagen has common side effects such as breakthrough bleeding or spotting, headache, breast pain or tenderness, and flushing (feeling of warmth and redness in the face). These side effects usually subside with time. However, if they persist or worsen, consult your doctor for further assistance. Avoid driving vehicles or operating heavy machines while taking this medication as it can cause blurring of vision.

Ovagen can be taken with or without food. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Follow the instructions given by us (approved by our specialists) regarding dose and duration of treatment. This peptide is not recommended if you show allergic reaction after dose one as this would not improve. The item is not recommended if you have liver conditions, unknown abnormal vaginal bleeding, cyst (fluid-filled pockets) in your ovary, a pituitary gland or other brain tumour, or thyroid or adrenal gland condition (inability of the thyroid or adrenal gland to produce adequate amount of hormone). Do not take the medicine if you have early menopause (end of women’s menstrual cycle).

Ovagen should be taken with caution if you have hyperlipidaemia (an excess of fats in the blood), hormone-dependent cancer, fibroids (non-cancerous muscular growth) in your womb, or had fits in the past. It is not intended for use in children and adolescents. It is unsafe for use during pregnancy. Consult a medical professional before taking this medicine if you are breastfeeding.

Dosing Details
You inject 2ml water into the vial of Ovagen from the water vial. 1 full syringe is 1ml. You then wait for the vial powder content to dissolve ON ITS OWN. DO NOT SHAKE THE VIAL TO MIX POWDER. Once dissolved and clear in colour you draw out 20 (2 units) on the syringe each night before bed and inject it into the tummy under the skin into the fatty skin layer.

How long will a vial last ?
A vial should last 10 days.
